Or: The movie might fail to start for a couple of other reasons: If SP2 (service pack 2) is installed you will need to allow the movie object to load (click on bar at the top of this window) or you might have third-party pop-up blocking software. Pop-up blocking software is usually installed because your computer is infected with spyware, generally it is better to get rid of that problem than to rely on pop-up blocking software.
