...............................August 1999...............................................................December 2004

Larry and I were traveling to Wyoming, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Nevada, (Larry) Utah, Minnesota, and Illinois for work and fun. I enjoyed my 30-year high school reunion at Brainerd, Minnesota.

I was in New Mexico on a girls trip November 20-24, 2004. My first time on vacation without Larry since the accident! I loved it!

Before my accident I worked, worked, worked. Now I have lots of time for activities like baking, skiing, hut trips, piano, embroidery, hiking and working out.

One of my favorite activities is the Pikes Peak Challenge. It is a hike I do for brain injury awareness. I have been doing it for four years. For 2004 Pikes Peak pictures click here or here to download My 2005 Pikes Peak Challenge Calendar. Many teams hiked and my team was 20 family and friends. The total number of people were 300.

Since my accident I am reborn physically and emotionally.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

1/10/05

We hope this note fines you all in the best of sprits followed by good health

Happy new year -- Wow ! one year ended and without delay the new year is off and running

Pat has had her Christmas letter wrapped up for some time, however I had the bright idea to build a calendar from the 560 pictures that were taken during this years Pikes Peak Challenge.

Quite the challenge for myself and the web master it turned out.

As many know this was the first year I could not attend the climb I had an optical show in Las Vegas at the same time. As you see Pat had quite the experienced team.
Several returning hikers joined by a support crew totaling 19 team members, compiled team "light the fire within" for the 2004 challenge

On the web page www.pattymactwister.org, you will
find:
Pat's Christmas news letter/update
the calendar, ready for you to view and/or download plus the latest hut trip where friends help Pat celebrate 30 years of kinship with Austrian FS sister
Brigitte who was here from Prague for 7 days.

As I forward this note it brings 2004 to a close and is time to get on with the new year and back to the daily tasks that allow us to evolve and grow in this busy world

all the best in the coming weeks, months and year

always Prayers Love & Support

Pat & Larry

New! Pat's Hut trip slideshow and movie, both are best seen with broadband internet.
